Got to get back to work but this New York Times headline about U.S. Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor struck me, so to speak, and is rattling around. No time to fully explicate, but no real need to, either.

It is why my favorite girl's outfit is a sweater or tee-shirt and jeans, shorts or pajama bottoms. So it is probably no big deal to middlebrow fashionistas to have come across a product that floored me when I opened my AOL billboard today.

News of Gale Storm's death brought back memories of watching reruns of "My Little Margie" when I was home from school sick or during summers.
Why would a little boy find interest in the story of an upper class Wall Street mortgage banker and his adult daughter still living with him?
Who knows, but maybe this is one reason.
Shame on me for not being able to find all the bespectacled bespanked lasses in my archives. But honestly, my own glasses were deficient. i just went to the eye doctor, who gave me a new prescription, so in about a week I should be seeing things more clearly.
